Shipping Policy

Overview

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Most items are printed and shipped out within 3-6 business days. Typical standard shipping time is 3-7 business days from the shipping date for US orders.

The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs, unless the order is eligible for a shipping promotion if there is one being offered at the time of purchase.

Please confirm your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. Once your order is in production, no changes or cancellations can be made. If there is a product issue from our end, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Can’t find your package?

Especially during the holidays, it is unfortunately common for the carrier to mark the item as delivered but you may not immediately find it in your mailbox or where your packages are typically delivered. In this case, please allow at least 24 hours as the package may turn up. It is also good practice to check with other residents of your household and/or your neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong address. It may have been delivered to a nearby address and may get re-delivered to you. If the package does not turn up, please contact the mail carrier directly as they will be able to contact your delivery driver to help locate the missing package. We understand this is a very frustrating scenario, and will do our best to help you find your package or send a new one if the mail carrier cannot locate it.
