Refunds & Returns

Overview

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an error, for example if you receive the incorrect item or if the item is damaged in transit. 

With that being said, we will consider returns and refunds on a case by case basis—so if there is a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your item(s) so we can address the issue. 

Refunds

As mentioned, we do not offer refunds as items are made to order. 

In the case that we do offer a refund, we may ask that you return the item to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It may take up to 10 business days for the credit card refund to show on your bank statement. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at lol@funnygolfquotes.com and we will determine whether you need to send the item back to us. If so we will provide you with the return address. 

Gifts

We are not currently offering gift message or gift wrap at this time. Please check back or contact us for updates if you are interested in gift options. 

Shipping Returns

If we accept a return, we will provide the mailing address if necessary. 

Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
